agency:collective creates a one-of-a-kind experience installation piece for Morimoto, a new upscale sushi restaurant by Chef Masaharu Morimoto (the Iron Chef) in Boca Raton, Florida. An impressive 24-foot installation of eight large television monitors is mounted behind the sushi bar, projecting ambient moving wallpaper inspired by Herman Melville’s Moby-Dick.
