agency:collective creates a playful narrative for Tokyo.Ten, a 120-page book in celebration of Wieden + Kennedy Tokyo Lab’s 5th year anniversary. Five snapshots representing iconic scenes taken in San Francisco follow Mr. Tokyo, an anthropomorphic character made of styrofoam, whose goal is to capture the brilliant international orange color of the Golden Gate Bridge. Mr. Tokyo emanates colorful graphics and shapes that fuse with his surroundings, representing the universal impact and sprawling reach of Japanese culture.
